If there is a problem with my order, who do I contact?

While we have systems in place to ensure your flowers arrive in the freshest manner possible, accidents do happen, and we will do our best to rectify the situation. On the bottom of every invoice is our credit policy, which is strictly enforced: “Please inspect product upon delivery. All credits must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. Pictures of damage and request must be made in writing to cuttsorders@gmail.com . Any supply returns must be made with 7 (seven) days of delivery.”
